From The Campground

Bootleg Campground is a tent-camping facility located on the Colorado Trail (1776) in Pike-San Isabel National Forests & Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands. The campground offers a family fire ring with benches and a vault toilet during peak season. Dogs must be leashed at all times. No vehicle access is allowed. The campground is a popular destination for through hikers and backpackers who are hiking the trail from Denver to Durango.
