What others are saying about this campground
Chinook Cabins & RV Park is a beautiful, clean park with gorgeous mountain views located in South Fork, Colorado. It is conveniently located and has very wide sites, perfect for RV camping. The owners, Keith and Cheryl, and their daughter Mackensie are fantastic hosts with lots of knowledge of the local area. The park is small, quiet, and exceptionally clean, with spacious RV sites. It is the perfect basecamp for outdoor activities such as riding trails, hiking, and sightseeing. The park entrance is tight and difficult to see when coming from the east, but the facilities are the nicest in the South Fork area. The sites are level, the water is the best in South Fork, and the electric service is dependable. The bathrooms are small but pristine clean, and the laundry room has one large capacity washer and one dryer. The owners also have a sandwich shop in the middle of the park with outside dining, featuring their own smoked meats and homemade Cole slaw and potato salad. The park also features local produce, baked goods, jewelry, and other crafts.
