GenieSummary

This campground is located in a remote area of northeast Colorado, and is a good choice if you need a place to stay for the night. The sites are pull-through, on dirt/gravel, with shade trees, and are not level. There is a nice swimming pool with a diving board, as well as plenty of over-air stations for entertainment. The bathrooms are large and clean, but the womens bathrooms are closed for renovations. The main building is rundown and not staffed, and there are permanent campers in disrepair. The older gentleman running the place is nice, but the full-timers do not help. There is some freeway noise and a train in the middle of the night, but the sunset is beautiful and the other campers are quiet. Sterling is a great little town nearby with a great museum. Wi-Fi does not work and the place looks like Death Valley.
