This RV Resort is a great place to stay for a short or long-term stay. It offers a quiet, peaceful location, friendly staff, and plenty of activities to keep you entertained. The park is well-maintained and beautifully landscaped, with lots of planned activities such as shuffleboard, pickle ball, pool, and horseshoes. The pool and clubhouse are nice, but may not be big enough for the 399 sites. The price of $3050.00 is not bad for a 6-month stay, but you will need to bring your own table as it does not come with the site. The owner is willing to re-rent the site to someone else and refund the money if you find someone to sublease it. The best deal is the free golf lessons in the winter from 2 Canadian Pros. The check-in parking is poorly marked and the office is only open during limited hours and closed on the weekends. The sites can be near the rail line and highway, or near the open garbage trailer and sewage plant. Be aware that the access lanes have tight turns bordered by high yellow steel posts that could potentially damage an RV.
