Sarasota Bay RV Park is an older 55+ community that is going through a transition phase. About two-thirds of the sites are occupied by full-time or seasonal residents in a variety of trailers, from quaint 1960s well-kept units to newer rigs. The sites are paved with concrete and average 18x80 in size. Although the sites are small, they are very clean and well-kept by residents who take pride in their community. Although the park management seems to be inflexible about payment and changes, there are a ton of activities offered, including a huge pool, gym, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe courts, and bocce. These amenities are 10-15 minutes away from some of the sites. One of the most significant advantages of this park is its waterfront location with boat slips. While the monthly rate is costly, you get what you pay for - a clean park, nice people, and close access to Anna Maria Island and all the beaches that have to offer. However, the location of the park comes with significant traffic issues, so its best to be an early riser to avoid the worst traffic. Overall, the park has a friendly atmosphere, and people have reported encountering nothing but kind and welcoming neighbors. Although there have been some negative reviews in the past, residents seem to take pride in their community and work hard to maintain it.

Sarasota Bay RV Park is a 55+ no-pets RV community located in Bradenton, Florida. The park offers full concrete pads with electric (30 and 50 amp service), water, sewer, WIFI, and trash pickup. The park is in walking distance to the sparkling, pristine waters of Sarasota Bay and boasts wonderful views of Anna Maria Island. The park amenities include a heated pool, spa, pickleball and shuffleboard courts, extensive wood shop, onsite camp host representatives, kayak & canoe ramp, bocce ball, cornhole, clubhouse, library, billiards room, onsite shower house, and daily activities.
