Swanee River Bend RV Park is a great option for those traveling along the FL Panhandle. The campground is situated in a beautiful old Florida landscape with oaks, spanish moss, and plenty of space for dog walking. The electrical hook-up is affordable, but may have some leakage that can cause a shock. The sites have a cement slab with a picnic table, but may have bundles on them making them unusable. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available for an additional fee, and the nightly rate reflects the Passport America discount. The interior roads are paved, well lit, and well marked. The bathrooms are old and in need of cleaning. This is a great stopping off point when heading down to lower Florida, and is only 30 miles away from Cedar Key, a great day trip destination.
