This RV campground has many attractive features including two heated salt water pools, hot tub, pickleball courts, basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoes and natural preserve ponds. There are also plenty of Full-time families for kids to play with. The new sections are highly desirable, with ample concrete pads and patios, although some may think of it as parking lot camping due to lack of trees or forest. Trash compactors are a bit far and the machines in the laundry area are expensive and old. The staff are friendly and put on a few events over the holidays. Unfortunately, they charge $5 for every single piece of mail or package no matter how small. There are many amenities such as free Wi-Fi at the community rec centre, two pools, shuffleboard, mini-golf, outdoor bowling, tennis and more. The sites may be level with 30/50 amp service but they do not always have sewer hookups. There is also a store nearby with minimal items but no help. The staff may not always be able to keep up with cleaning the numerous bathhouses. The park is close to Disney World, Walmart, groceries and restaurants. It is a good park for Thousand Trails members but not necessarily for weekend campers.

The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals. The campground allows pets. The amenities include a front desk, and electricity is available for an additional charge. The activities include nearby RV resorts such as Clerbrook Golf & RV Resort and Lake Magic.
