JOY RV Resort is a campground located close to I-95 and the Cocoa marina. It has wide, grassy sites with a picnic table on a cement pad, as well as FHU/30/50 power podiums and water hookups. The park has a heated pool, a full activity calendar with games, bingo, cards, crafts, and ice cream socials, a small dog run, and a library with a cozy chair. Unfortunately, the park has poor drainage and the ground gets very mushy and water pools on the roadway when it rains. There are also feral cats, wild turkeys, and raccoons roaming the area. The park is difficult to find as GPS sends visitors to a different spot, and the sign is not off the road but down Sandy Pines. The front office folks are very friendly and have a very quick response time, and the folks who operate the park are also friendly and helpful. There is no cable TV, but for long-term stays, you can get hooked up with Spectrum on a monthly basis. AT&T 4G signal strength is a little weak but OK. The campground is a good place for an overnight stay or a couple of days, but be aware that the sites in the front by the office will have constant road noise from Rt 95.
