This campground is a great value for those with a Passport America membership. The park is well-kept and offers a nice dock for watching the turtles swimming in the lake. There are only a couple of nightly sites, so calling ahead is recommended. The wildlife in the area is abundant, with ducks, bees, frogs, snakes, and gators. The view of the lake is picturesque, with the sun setting in shades of pink and purple, and the stars twinkling in the night sky. The biggest downside is that the local men use the washer and dryers in the ladies room.
