This campground is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax in a family atmosphere. It is located near the white sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico and has less than 30 lots, making it a quiet and secure place to stay. The pool, clubhouse, and bathrooms are all clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, during our stay, one of the showers and the bathroom were shut down for four days, making it difficult for travelers with large groups. There is also a washer and dryer available, but the app for it did not work and the washer caught on fire, so laundry services are not available. Wifi is good and the sights are beautiful, making it a great place to stay. Bring quarters if you want to wash your clothes.

Destin Village RV Resort is a family-friendly gated community with 27 individually owned and managed private lots. It is located less than a block from the white sand beaches of Destin and walking distance to Pompano Joe's Seafood House. The resort offers a pool, private clubhouse, and friendly faces. It is one of the closest RV parks near the beach, with RV resort lot rentals available. All lots are privately owned and may be offered for rent elsewhere by other lot owners.
