The park is the least expensive in Fort Meyers, Fl, with rates of $800 a month in the winter and $500 a month in the summer. Unfortunately, the manager is known to be abusive and has been seen flashing a handgun. The park does not have a gate, so items left in the yard may be stolen. The laundry is run down, the pool has been deemed unsafe, and there are no other services except for a small area for dogs to be loose. The RV sites are small and the roads are narrow. There is a lot of construction noise from a school being built next door, as well as noise from sirens and traffic. The owners are friendly and there is a great dog park with showers. It is close to main street shopping, and easy to reach the interstate. There is no Wi-Fi, but Verizon air cards work well. Cable TV is available, but not worth it for a short stay. The roads are narrow and tight for big rigs, so it is best to unhook the tow vehicle before getting to the site.
