The park offers a mix of different forms of mobility conveyances, keeping it family-friendly with plenty of amenities like the beautiful swim lake and pool area, hot tub, and gym. The restaurant has a basic menu, but the pizza is excellent. There is plenty of seating around the pool deck, and a covered seating area is available for guests. Entertainment is offered on weekends, and the park is generally quiet after 10 pm. Road noise can be heard from the less desirable sites near I-10, but all sites are well-maintained and clean. Overall, Island Oaks RV Resort is a beautiful, well-maintained and family-friendly park with plenty of things to do and great amenities.
