Campground 27 is a no-frills destination located close to the beach. The site is a gravel pad with a large concrete patio area, but there is no picnic table or fire ring. The bathrooms are clean, but there is no cable, internet password, or other information provided upon check-in. The manager, Shawn, is attentive and quick to address any concerns. The park is well-maintained, with mature plantings, and pet waste bags and bins are provided. There is a train track across the street, but it stops blowing its horns at night. The WiFi is strong enough to stream Netflix, and there is clear cell and satellite reception. The space is good for motorhomes, but the amenities are minimal. There is one toilet seat in the outside laundry area, but the washers and dryers are in working condition. The TV reception is fair and the internet service is good. The rent is reasonable, and if you pay cash, the manager will deduct the tax.

Floridays RV Park is inspired by Jimmy Buffett’s title song (from his fifteenth album; 1986) about taking the trusty RV on the road in search of “better days” in a sunny place along Florida’s fabled Highway 1. We are about clear blue skies and the ocean’s whisper just beyond the fence. Dreamers find life to be real nice at Floridays RV Park. Come for a day, stay for a while, or make us your home. We are Old Florida at it’s best. Our fancy pool is an ocean two miles away, and our activity room is 11,500 acres of nearby wild and scenic parkland.
