Noseeums were way worse than staff said they were on phone.. This campground is located on a river in Florida and is accessible by winding roads. It has full hookups, a swimming pool, and access to the gulf via a short boat ride. The sites are tight but normal for Florida, and there are trees, activities, and water access. The staff is accommodating and the local area is beautiful. The people in the park are friendly and the views of wildlife from the boardwalk are perfect. The sites have small concrete patios with an old picnic table, grass/dirt sites, and very narrow gravel roads. There are some sites occupied year round, but they are not filled with junky old tin boxes. The campground is an older park but very clean, and there are noseeums which are worse than the staff said they were on the phone.
