There are many full-timers and fixed RVs on the property, and some find the use of gas-powered carts and ATVs to be bothersome due to the noise. Quiet time starts at 11 pm, and some find it to be a bit noisy until then. However, others love being able to fish and BBQ on the waterfront sites and hang out at the Tiki bar, which has live music and great wings. The resort also provides opportunities to dine in the area and explore the nearby Mermaid show. Overall, the resort has a lot to offer, but it may not be everyones cup of tea.
