This mobile home/RV park is located in a quiet area with a lot of mature oaks and palms. It offers new 20/30/50 amp utilities on sites with sewer/water and cable TV, as well as Verizon phone and MiFi. The park is being upgraded, however, the roads are in need of repair, trees need to be trimmed, and Wi-Fi equipment has not been installed. The clubhouse is nothing more than a room with a table and chairs and the showers are full of roaches. The pool is not cleaned correctly and the water smells like bleach. There are also stray cats and fleas, and the place smells like poop. The landlords and maintenance are rude and judgmental, and the park is not suitable for those looking for a pleasant stay.

They offer manufactured home lots, RV lots, and apartment / home rentals. Just a 10-minute drive to Crystal River, Bird Creek Beach, Withlacoochee Gulf Preserve, and Lake Rousseau as well as close to other area attractions.
