The bath houses are disasters, half of the washers and dryers dont work, no breeze so its really hot, and mosquitoes will eat you alive. Prices change on the owners whim. The cement patio is broken into pieces, and the RV sites are covered in loose asphalt. Not a high end park, but if you dont mind the train noise, its a great location.

Holiday Out is a 5 star RV park that is a great place to spend the winter months. It is a gated condominium community with individually owned sites that must be booked through the owner or a rental agency.
