The site we had was a nice size and level, and there were often social events held on the back deck. Unfortunately, the water drainage can be an issue after rain, and the water has a sulphur smell and taste. The front security gate was broken for two winters, and the new owner has made changes to the rents and rules. The pool is heated and the store on site is convenient. The interior roads are good, but the concrete pads are broken and deteriorating. The water is not great, with lots of iron and an odor, and the showers are not very clean. It is a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and the owners provide many extras.
