Riverbend RV Resort is a luxurious, gated community situated in a beautiful, landscaped setting along the Caloosahatchee River. It features large, paved, private sites with full hookups, cable TV, telephone, and DCL connections, as well as filtered reverse osmosis drinking water. The resort is away from the hustle and bustle of Fort Myers, but close enough to enjoy the citys restaurants and theater. The resort offers a wide array of activities, such as pickleball courts, a large heated pool, two hot tubs, a remote control sailing club, a miniature railroad layout, biking, golf carts, and shuffleboard. The resort also has two clubhouses, a restaurant, and a picnic facility. During the season, the resort hosts a variety of activities, such as special dinners, outdoor model trains, sports, radio control boats and planes. The resort is only open to owners of Class A motorhomes over 28 feet and offers a 5-star rating.
