A new owner has taken over and they are in the process of selling lots and it seems that for what they are giving, the prices are cheap. Camp Florida is a large gated resort with a variety of daily activities and amenities. It features an attractive saltwater swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce, shuffleboard, and horseshoe facilities. The community center hosts card games, fitness activities, bingo, and occasional concerts. There are 50A power water and sewer hookups, and internet/cable TV is available through Comcast. The roads are narrow, making it challenging to back up an RV into the pad. The entire place is kept clean and the sites are all very nice. Prices for lots are very affordable.
