Sunshine RV Resort is a retirement village with transient lots and a very well maintained ground. The pool area was great, with plenty of lounge space and handicap access. The roads were paved and narrow, but the park was quiet and right next to an orange grove. There were lots of activities to be done in the park, such as a library with internet, a rec room and shuffleboard courts. Cable TV and Wi-Fi were available, but at an extra cost. There were mostly permanent RVs, but the park was well kept and the staff were very friendly. The nearest grocery was 5-8 miles away, and Lake Placid was just a few miles away. The orange blossoms were a great addition to the park.
