Yankee Traveler RV Park is a beautiful, urban park with small sites that are perfect for smaller rigs. The staff are highly attentive and friendly, going out of their way to help visitors. The amenities such as the pool, bathhouse, laundry, and community center with a ballroom are all immaculate. Most of the sites are permanent but with a few transient sites scattered around. However, the TV reception is bad and a dish is needed to watch TV. The park is also close to many locations such as Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Orlando. Canadian Traveler RV Park is also another option, with a lovely pool, laundry room, and drying area. However, the sites are small, making it difficult to pull in larger rigs. The park serves more to full-timers and seasonals. It is well maintained and pretty but the reception from the staff is not very friendly.
