The park is mostly adult-oriented, with activities such as group walks and special events like golf tournaments and potlucks. Children are not allowed to operate golf carts. The park is located in a small town named Madison and there are a few amenities and restaurants nearby. Larger amenities are available in Valdosta, GA, which is about 30 minutes away. The park also has a train track located nearby, which may cause occasional noise during daylight hours. Despite this, the park was found to be quiet and relaxing for its size.

The resort features 95 spacious RV sites that are bigrig friendly with full hookups and include backin, pullthrough, waterfront and fairway view options. Cabins and cottages are also available. The resort is focused on golfing and an active lifestyle, featuring access to a PGA regulation 9hole golf course with 18 tee boxes, a 2acre fenced offleash dog park, lit pickleball courts, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, showers, and clean restrooms with brand new level concrete slabs. The resort is close to area attractions including Wild Adventures Theme Park, Four Freedoms Trail, Madison Blue Spring State Park, and much more.
