Grassy Key RV Park & Resort in Marathon, FL offers beautiful landscaping, excellent utility service posts, and well-maintained dock space. However, campers should be aware of some shortcomings. The campground has 4 levels of camping locations, and all sites, except for a few, have no privacy. Additionally, the entire park is covered in medium-sized gravel, so walking in bare feet is not comfortable. The rule requiring campers to place their campers bumper or hitch at a specific location limits camping enjoyment and comfort. The pool is well-maintained but undersized, and chairs and lounges are limited. There are no restrooms or showers available in the pool area or anywhere else in the park. While the park has a nice water view, there is no water access except for the boat dock and no fishing or swimming permitted in the Gulf. Keep in mind that finding a camping location in the Keys in the February, March timeframe can be challenging, but other options exist. If you plan to use Grassy Key RV Park, adjust your expectations accordingly.

Grassy Key RV Park & Resort is a newly renovated RV park located in the heart of the Florida Keys, offering easy access to all the Keys have to offer. The resort accommodates self-contained recreational vehicles and motorcoaches of all sizes, with beautiful, spacious sites to choose from. All Waterfront, Premium, and Standard sites are fully equipped with water, sewer, electric (50 & 30 amp), cable and free wifi hotspot at the clubhouse. The resort offers beautiful sunsets and views of the waters of the Gulf of Mexico throughout the property. For those who choose to bring their own boat, the dockage offers easy navigation into the Gulf.
