A perfect place to enjoy fishing, wildlife and the Florida Birding Trail. McIntosh Campground is a small, friendly park located next to Orange Lake in McIntosh, Florida. The park is at the end of the main side street and is surrounded by Victorian-style homes. The interior roads have large potholes and lots of low-hanging oak tree branches covered with Spanish moss. The permanent RVers are friendly and open, but the surrounding neighborhood does not feel safe. The rest rooms are old but clean. The park offers 50 amp, water, sewer, cable TV and Wi-Fi for a very reasonable price. There is no pool, but the lake is a popular place for alligator hunting (in season). There is also a hog roast get-together for St. Patrick’s Day, with live music. The park is a great place to enjoy fishing, wildlife and the Florida Birding Trail.

Sportsman's Cove is a quiet and tranquil RV campground located in McIntosh, Florida. The campground offers a small town atmosphere with lovely oak-lined streets for walking or biking. The owner and staff are warm and friendly, welcoming year-round, seasonal, and short-term guests. The campground offers a contactless camping experience with payment over the phone or in the dropbox. Confirmation and information are sent to guests' cellphones. Assistance with RVs is provided while maintaining at least 6ft distance.
