Land Yacht Harbor in Melbourne, FL is a well-maintained RV park with level concrete pads. The staff is friendly and the park is in a safe location that provides easy access to many attractions in the surrounding area, including the Kennedy Space Center and various beaches. The office staff is helpful and there is a large gathering hall with amenities and activities offered by the park. The park does not offer bath houses and has restrictions and/or limited amenities that should be understood before booking (e.g. o pets, no laundry, no restrooms). There are no sidewalks leading to the park and the park itself is fairly large for those who enjoy walking and riding. If you stay two months or longer, you have access to a storage shed located on your site. Overall, the residents are friendly and we enjoyed our stay at Land Yacht Harbor.
