This RV campground is situated near a variety of restaurants, grocery stores and a walking/biking path. It has a variety of amenities such as hot tubs, pickleball courts, bocce, tennis, putting green, shuffleboard, wood & metal shop, small gym, junk store and mail room. WiFi is only available through a hard-wired modem, with a $200 bond, but the staff were unwilling to accommodate the request of the international traveler with elderly family members in Australia. Most of the lots are occupied by permanents, and there are bear sightings, pigmy rattlesnakes, and alligators in the area. RVers can wash their coach onsite and repairmen are permitted to work on the RV, and there is a Publix nearby with a good selection of grilling food. There is a clubhouse with high-speed internet and information on activities. The park is considered to be one of the best managed and landscaped parks due to its cleanliness. It is a good one-night stop if you want a break before crossing the state on Alligator Alley.
