Sunseekers “RV Park” is an old community of permanent park models with about two dozen RVs and no more than a dozen spaces for transients. The interior roads are very congested with tight, snug turns for larger motorhomes. There are 219 sites, two working showers, and three working toilets, but no potable water. The full hookups are not always available, and the sites can be unlevel with broken asphalt-in-hardened-mud patios. The shower facilities are not ideal, with only two working showers and one shower with a curtain with mold three inches up from the bottom.

Sunseekers RV Park is an age-qualified (55+) resort located in an area with several nearby RV resorts. The park offers seasonal and annual sites, with a one-month deposit required for RV annuals. The monthly payment schedule for annual reservations is subject to good credit history and credit card agreement on file. The park accepts credit or debit card payments for deposits, and cash and/or check for in-person deposits. The park has a cancellation and refund policy that varies depending on the type of reservation. For RV campsites, full refunds are allowed for cancellations up to 2 days prior to arrival for daily and weekly reservations. For rental accommodations, full refunds are allowed for cancellations 7 days prior to arrival for daily and weekly reservations. For extended stays (28 days or longer), full refunds are allowed for cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival. The park offers several amenities, including a mobile app, and discounts are available through the Thousand Trails Camping Pass.
