This campground is a country park with few amenities located near a small town. The front end of the park is cleaner for the snow birds, but the further back it gets worse. As you enter the park, it has the feel of a junk yard with all the debris from Mobile homes. The staff was very friendly and made sure that the assigned site would accommodate a 42 ft 5th wheel. The camp host was also very nice. The price was 19.99 without a Passport America and included water, sewer, electric, and garbage. The campground is not clean, has bad roads, and lighting to sites is very poor. There are many deserted RVs and mobile homes with windows & doors broken out to indicate they are uninhabitable. The showers and bath houses are locked down after the office closes and guests must bring their own toilet paper. It is not recommended if you want any peace of mind if you leave anything unattended while you skip out to town. Kids left unattended of all ages. Wi-Fi is either not working or extremely slow on one access point.
