This campground is a great place for families to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Located in the middle of the forest, the campground features shaded sites and plenty of activities, such as glassblowing classes, bingo, pot luck dinners, live concerts, karaoke, and golf lessons. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and they provide a safe and secure environment with a locked gate. The lake is peaceful and perfect for fishing, swimming, and renting pontoon boats. There is also a camp store, a playground, and a kiln for ceramic work. Unfortunately, the boat rentals are overpriced and the playground is not well-maintained. The campground is also not suitable for those looking for a quiet stay, as the regular campers often play loud music after 10pm.
