The park offers spacious sites with lawn care maintained regularly, as well as hookups, a pool, and a communal rec room with free fast wifi. The park is mostly full-time manufactured homes or stationary RVs of different types, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the bathrooms and other amenities are a bit dated and rundown, and the park can be noisy due to its proximity to ALT 19 and tour helicopters. The park is well maintained and the staff is accommodating, making it a great place to stay for a few days to enjoy the local attractions.

Located on over 13 acres of Florida's Gulf Coast, Sherwood Forest provides travelers with a clean, quiet, and friendly place to call home. The atmosphere is relaxing, yet within close proximity to a huge variety of activities. Amenities include a heated outdoor pool, bath house, laundry, BBQ grills, picnic pavilion, and a recreation hall/party room. The campground offers spacious sites with picnic tables and full hookups, including lakeside sites. Within walking or easy driving distance of restaurants, beaches, shopping, and parks, you can't beat the convenience of our location. Whether you're staying nightly, weekly, monthly, or seasonally, we've got a rate plan to suit you! Snowbirds welcome!
