Lone Oak Park is an older campground located in Palmetto, Florida. It is a multi-use park, with a pull-thru site that is not long enough to park in front or behind the RV. The park is mostly permanent trailers and cars lining narrow alleyways, with two-thirds of the park consisting of old mobile homes. Most of the homes are kept clean and tidy, but some have run down looking homes. There are many RV parks within 20 minutes of the park. The owners dont seem to care about the appearance of the park, and many RVs are very dirty. There are two very old RV trailers that are allowed to keep trash around their trailers. The park has cold water wash, top loading washers and front loading dryers, one mens and one womans bathroom, and coded doors. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, and there is an outlet mall a short drive away.
