Sun Outdoors Panama City Beach is a luxurious RV resort located on the Florida/Alabama Gulf Coast. It features full hookup sites with level concrete pads, outdoor patios with tables and chairs, and lush landscaping with oleander plants between sites for added privacy. The area for motorhomes facing the lake is nice, but the monthly rates are very overpriced. The park is well lit at night, has two pools, a whirlpool, two laundry rooms, a workout room, walking paths, and a dog washing station. There is also a large dog park and two catch and release fishing ponds. The roads are a mix of concrete and brick pavers and big rig access is good. The park is pet-friendly and pickup bags are available in many locations. There is also a club house with games, sand volleyball court, indoor and outdoor basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and playground equipment. Unfortunately, the sprinkler system has caused failure of much of the turf grass. The park is very well laid out and maintained, but it is getting too expensive and some of the older parts of the park are not being maintained. The park is also close to all the amenities that Panama City Beach has to offer and is just a stones throw from Zoo World.
