While there are a few full-time residents in the park, it remains generally quiet and peaceful. However, there is a train track at the back of the property, which means you can expect some noise from nearby traffic. The park provides internet connectivity, which is mostly reliable for LTE users. Most sites also provide good connectivity for Starlink, except for a few. Overall, this was a nice park to stay at, and we would return again, although we would choose a different site to avoid any issues with inconsiderate neighbors.

Discounts are available for Good Sam, military, law enforcement, and first responders. The park is located close to Carpenters Campers, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and several fine grocery stores.
