This campground is perfect for divers and those looking for a fun weekend away. It offers a variety of accommodation options, including rooms, cabins, RV spots, and tent sites. Unfortunately, the campground has not been well maintained and is unsanitary. Trash is not emptied, there are anthills everywhere, and the septic systems are not working. The bathrooms are also infested with bugs. Despite these issues, the spring is great for diving and swimming, and there is plenty of activity going on all the time. The campground is off the beaten path and offers a great family vacation spot at a reasonable price. The roads are in disrepair and the sites are poorly marked. However, it is a great spot for diving and swimming. Unfortunately, the water pipe broke and flooded the campsite, so we had to get our money back and stay elsewhere.

Vortex Spring Adventures LLC is a 520-acre playground that produces approximately 28 million gallons of crystal clear water daily at a year-round temperature of 68 degrees. It is recognized as one of the best and safest diving resorts in the country and is home to the Red & White 'Diver Down' Flag. The property offers experiences for the entire family, including scuba diving with trained and certified instructors, exploring nature trails, and swimming in the spring. The campground and lodging facilities are beautiful and comfortable, making it the perfect place to stay after a fun-filled day experiencing everything Vortex Spring Adventures has to offer.
