With 115 sites starting at $50/night, our pet-friendly resort offers 30/50-amp full hook-ups, concrete patios, free Wi-Fi, clean restrooms & showers, and a modern laundry facility. Our most desirable amenity is our beautiful waterfront location directly on the Little Manatee River. We're conveniently located just 25 miles from Tampa & Sarasota, and minutes away from spectacular Clearwater Beach. For golfers, there is a new golf course within two miles of our park and over 50 courses within a 30-minute drive. Our community offers a small, quiet riverfront atmosphere where you can fish & crab from our pier, or launch your boat, canoe, kayak, or paddleboard nearby. We pride ourselves on our quaint, friendly atmosphere & thoughtful service and strive to make your stay both pleasurable and memorable.
