From The Campground

Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is a beautiful park located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The park is named after its sail-like dunes that rise above the emerald Gulf waters. It offers 3 miles of pristine beaches and is a bird-watching and hiking paradise. The park has 22 tent campsites, 156 RV sites, 16 bungalows, and 16 cabins. Visitors can explore the 1,600-acre preserve where an adventure of wildlife exploration awaits. The park also offers access to freshwater dune lakes that teem with aquatic wildlife. Walkers will pass through old-growth pine forests, sandy scrubland, dunes, and wetlands, where they may see some of the 13 imperiled species that find refuge here, like the Choctawhatchee beach mouse and otherworldly-looking pitcher plants.
