The location is perfect for those who like fishing on the St. Johns river and there are many nearby stores, including a Dollar General, Circle K, and Chicos restaurant within walking distance. While some visitors had difficulty getting into the spots, for most the price offered excellent value for money and is cheaper than other comparable resorts.
