Lazydays RV Resort in Seffner, FL is a large, resort-style campground that offers many amenities. The campground is easy to find off I-4 with an easy left turn past the interstate overpass. We checked in at the gate, not the registration building. We had to go back to registration after we set up to get our military discount. The campground has water and electric located in the middle of the pad. The sewer was at the end of the pad, and we needed right at 20 feet of hose. The campground has cable, and we received 59 channels. You also get a lot of OTA channels, and we could have used satellite. We got 4 bars on Verizon. The campground has a lot of amenities, including an on-property restaurant. Facilities were good. Laundry was sizable and really area allowed for a game, but even the pool table cost so bring your quarters. The pool was the best part of the resort. Not deep but the right temp to float and enjoy. Hot tub was good just over chlorinated. The pool/resort bar was good just very limited on beer choices. There are downsides, the biggest negative is that promptly at 8am the gas golf carts start running around and there is no rest after that. If you enjoy window shopping for a new rig, walking around at night is fun. They are redoing the campground and is closed as of 4/1/23 so might be better after. There were issues with the sites being old and tight. We reserved one of the larger sites, which was big enough for our 39 5th wheel, but we had to disconnect as our F450 was in the road. Water pressure was above 60 psi, so we needed a reducer. The campground is old and needs to be upgraded to better accommodate todays larger rigs. According to their website, they will close down on 1 April 2023 for renovations.
