This campground is located in the Silver Springs National Forest and is perfect for those looking for a quiet and serene getaway. The sites are grassy, level, and well spaced, with a picnic table and cement patios next to some of the RVs. The park offers good utilities including cable, and very nice restrooms. There is no wifi, but an outdoor DSL cable is available at a shaded picnic table. The owners are very welcoming and make you feel like part of the family. The roads are rough, so make sure to check the park website for directions. There is a clubhouse where the snow birds gather for games and/or cards every night, and a communal fire Saturday night. The water pressure in the showers is great and the cable TV worked awesome for the entire stay. Unfortunately, the owners are very rude and were bad mouthing full time tenants. The grass was unkept and some pets were loose. The wash machines and dryer were broken from the last time they were there. Make sure to check for low trees if you are traveling in a fifth wheel, as they may break your antenna.
