What others are saying about this campground
Shellcracker Circle Campground is a tranquil county park located in rural Florida, just west of Belle Glade and south of Lake Okeechobee. It offers a variety of sites with full service hookups, level concrete pads, and lush green grass. The campground is gated and open 24 hours a day, with wide, paved interior roads that make it easy for big rigs to access. Amenities include a lighted walking track, two shuffle board courts, a recreation room, and cable TV. Tent campers will appreciate the private spots with their own tables, fire pits, and BBQs. The campground is also conveniently located across the street from a boat landing and miles of hiking/biking trails. However, the campground is located right next to a busy highway, so there is some road noise. There are also limited places to eat or sightsee nearby.
