The campground roads and sites are sand with compacted spaces. The campsite, however, is level, surrounded by vegetation which gives it a sense of privacy. North Beach Camp Resort is a premier camping experience located on 30 heavily-wooded acres on a barrier island between the saltwater North River and the Atlantic Ocean. The campground offers a complete RV park, tent campground, and cabin rentals. The campground is just 4.5 miles north of historic downtown St. Augustine and 24 miles south of Jacksonville Beach. The prime northeast Florida beach camping location makes it the destination of choice for in-the-know campers!
