Happy Traveler RV Park is a quiet and friendly campground in Thonotosassa, FL. The roads can be a bit narrow and the spots are fairly close together with gravel/grass and a concrete patio. However, it has a nice pool and bathhouse area that is always clean. The campers are friendly and welcoming, and the staff was very helpful during the check-in process. There are plenty of places for restaurants and shopping in the area. While surrounded by trees, the downside is that it can be difficult to get a cell signal. Additionally, the water pressure may be rather low, and the sewer connection might be outdated.

Happy Traveler RV Resort is a mature 55+ RV campground located in Thonotosassa, Florida, just blocks from Interstate 75 at Exit 265. The campground is the closest to Busch Gardens in Tampa and only 78 miles from Orlando's major attractions, including Sea World, Walt Disney World, and Universal Studios. The campground offers both sunny and shady sites, all of which are full hookup with Wi-Fi access throughout the park. Guests younger than 55 years old are welcome to stay for up to 2 weeks. Happy Traveler RV Resort is the perfect balance between a relaxing vacation destination and proximity to major attractions in Tampa and Orlando.
