What others are saying about this campground
The Great Outdoors RV Nature & Golf Resort offers a variety of privately-owned sites, with many large trees that could be an obstacle for satellite reception. While Spectrum cable is available, many owners do not leave the converter box, making TV reception limited. There is no Wi-Fi provided except for at the clubhouse. On the other hand, the location is ideal, close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and tourist sites. The golf course, pickleball, and activity center are available for all guests. The park features a variety of amenities including a chapel, post office, and maintenance shop. The exercise facility is decent, while the restaurant is average. Overall, this resort is probably great. However, some renters reported issues with cleanliness, including dog waste on the sites, and the resort management not addressing the matter adequately. Additionally, some sites are in poor condition, but on average, sites are larger than in most parks, and landscaping is mature and lush.

From The Campground

The Great Outdoors Nature, RV & Golf Resort is a Good Sam membership RV park located on Florida's Space Coast. It offers RV sites and custom-built homes designed with RV'ers in mind. The resort is situated on just under 3,000 acres of natural beauty, untouched since the days of the Seminole Indians. Guests can watch native egret, deer, and quail wander undisturbed past their door and enjoy the soaring flight of eagles above their nesting sites. The resort also features a Ron Garl designed championship 18-hole 72 par golf course, a private fishing reserve, miles of nature trails, fitness center, heated pools, and planned social festivities.
