This campground is a great option for travelers just passing through who are looking for a quick and convenient stay. The park is very clean and the restroom facilities are among the nicest and cleanest. The campground is located in a residential and business area and is close to Venice and the beaches. The water pressure is low and cable TV requires a special decoder box, but the location is excellent for exploring the area. There are lots of old, tiny, yet shabby house trailers and the area is a bit noisy due to heavy traffic. The beach is five miles away and is a gorgeous turquoise color with dolphins swimming in the wharf. It is a great place to hunt for fossilized sharks teeth and is free of litter and dog bombs.
