The park is located near Venice beach and Jetty, as well as the town of Venice which is an awesome little town. The campground is also situated right on the river and is perfect for kayaking enthusiasts. The pool is amazing and there are many events and social gatherings held here in this community. Some of the staff are very nice and friendly, while others need to buy a whole new attitude. Although some people have had issues with the location among permanent mobile homes and the traffic on Rt 777, overall this campground is great for visiting friends or staying long term.

Ramblers Rest RV Campground is a family-friendly campground located in an idyllic setting. The campground offers a variety of amenities, including internet service, storage, and free Wi-Fi hot spots. Guests can choose from vacation cottages or RV sites, and the campground offers mandatory two-night reservations for weekends and three-night reservations for holidays. The campground has a minimum check-in age of 18 years. Guests can enjoy a range of activities, including hiking, fishing, and swimming. The campground offers full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival for long-term reservations (28 days or longer).
