Florida Grande is a beautiful RV Resort located in a quiet, rural setting. It is a relatively exclusive motorcoach resort, with double wide, paved and big rig friendly interior roads. The park has low rental rates, and each 2,000 sq ft concrete RV pad has a 50 amp pedestal, underground utilities, and irrigation. The back half of the property is not yet developed, so there is lots of space to run and to exercise a large dog. There is no road nor train noise, just some cows next door and lots of stars at night. The only downside is that Webster is 20 miles from no where, with no nearby restaurants, Lowes, Home Depot, or Walmart. The park is still in bankruptcy or Chapter 11, and there are no tennis courts, shuffle board, or pool in the back. Water pressure is low and frequently turns yellow, even with extra filtration.
