The campground features full hookup sites with picnic tables and fire rings, as well as group shelters and picnic areas with a volleyball court, playgrounds, and miniature golf. There is a large grassy area in the middle of the loop for kids to play, and the lake connects to the Little River for a leisurely paddle. The park also features a 400 acre lake with excellent picnic and boating access, wooded walking trails, and a swimming area. The campground is well maintained, with level gravel pads, 30 amp service, and access to water. It is a great place to get together with family and friends for a peaceful weekend getaway.

Hiawassee is a beautiful campground located in the Blue Ridge Mountains overlooking Lake Chatuge. Visitors can enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, skiing, and watching the sunset. The campground is located on the Chattahoochee River and offers stunning views of the surrounding area.
