Pine Lake RV Campground in Bishop, GA is a very nice campground with level, gravel sites that are well-maintained. The park is extremely quiet, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The campground is surrounded by nature and bird songs can be heard throughout the day. The laundry facilities and bathrooms/showers are conveniently located and clean. The staff is friendly and always willing to help out if needed. The location is a bit secluded, but still within driving distance to Athens, which is a beautiful town to explore. Some campsites have privacy fences, which is a great touch that more campgrounds should implement. Though some sites near the campground exits experience traffic noise in the morning, it is not terribly disruptive. The park is quite popular and fills up fast, especially during Bulldog season. Overall, Pine Lake is a highly recommended campground.

Pine Lake Campground is a year-round campground located in Bishop, Georgia, just 12 miles south of Athens and 55 miles northeast of Atlanta. The campground offers full hook-up RV sites, camping cabins, and a peaceful, natural setting. Amenities include spacious bathhouses, free WiFi hot spots, on-site laundry facilities, fishing dock, wildlife viewing, nature trails, and more. Pets on leashes are welcome, and there is a pet area on site. Pine Lake Campground is handicap accessible and offers guest services room.
