This campground is located in rural Atlanta and is a great place to stay for families and RVers alike. The sites are all paved, level, and spacious, with full hookups (water, electric, and sewage) and a picnic table and fire ring with grill. There are also lantern poles, and some pull-through sites that are reserved for big rigs. The campground is surrounded by trees, providing plenty of shade and dark skies at night. There are plenty of trails for running, biking, or just taking a leisurely stroll, as well as a small lake with benches for fishing. There is also a splash park for the kids during the summertime, and a playground with swing sets. The comfort station has bathrooms, showers, laundry, and a free library. The campground host is not very friendly, but the neighbors are. The only downside is that the campground is close to a highway, so there may be some occasional loud noise.

The park offers 32 tent/pop-up campsites with 120-Watt electric hookup, 23 RV campsites with water, sewer, and power hookups, and all sites have picnic tables and fire rings with grills. The park also features 7 miles of natural trails, 2.5 miles of paved trails, a 7-acre open meadow for events, disc golf, and more, equestrian parking, a comfort station with bathroom, showers, washer, and dryer, a small pond for fishing, and 17 Geocaches.
